How It Works

Our Process


Step One
Ensure that you have clear access (door width, even surface and no more than 1 flight of stairs) and sufficient space for the castle (0.5m on both sides and rear of castle for our pegs to secure the castle to the ground).
Visit our Jumping Castles page and select a Jumping Castle that will fit within the area you want to hold your event.
Step Two
Step Three
Book online and pay the full amount through our secure booking system. The start time relates to the time your event starts. An information package will also be emailed or sent to you with information regarding your hire.
You will receive a phone call during the week prior to your hire period where we will advise the delivery and installation time and answer any other questions you may have about your hire
Step Four
Your Jumping Castle is delivered and installed by your friendly Bouncy Beez Jumping Castle operator. After it is installed the operator will discuss safety aspects for your hire and pick up time.
