Is there a limit on the number of children?We recommend that on a regular sized jumping castle a maximum of 8 children at one time and on the larger sized jumping castles a maximum of 12 children.

How high are the jumping castles?Our regular jumping castles, regular jumping castles with slides and large jumping castles with slides are 3.2 meters (10′) tall. Our large jumping castles are approx 4.3 meters (13′) tall and the slide is about 5 meters (16′) tall.

What happens if it rains?Each jumping castle has its own fitted rain cover. Every jumping castle has their own individually tailored rain jacket – jumping will go on no matter the weather! If heavy rain is forecast, you are welcome to postpone to a later date with no additional cost or cancel altogether. A full refund less $50 admin fee applies.

Can the jumping castle be set up on concrete?Yes it can, we will bring concrete blocks to anchor it safely and safety mats for extra safety. There is an extra cost for a set up on concrete. Please see the Jumping Castles page for more information or Contact Us. Unfortunately due to the size of the slide, it can not be set up on concrete.

Can the jumping castle be set up in a park?Yes! it can be set up in a park anywhere. Extra costs may apply if there is not power at the park or the jumping castle has to be set up on concrete. See the Jumping Castle page for more information or Contact Us.

What happens if we cancel?You can cancel at anytime. You don't pay until the castle is setup. There is no cancellation fee or anything of that kind.

Is there a delivery and set up cost?The delivery and set up costs are included in the price shown on the jumping castles page. However, there may be a travel fee depending on the travel time from Freshwater to your area. Feel free to get in contact with our team to find out if this fee may apply to you.
